Yes, the title of this post is quite pretentious and I admit that as I am one of the authors, I have a totally biased opinion of this book. But in my heart, I do think this is probably the best FREE pediatric fluoroscopy book ever made.

The iBook, Pediatric Fluoroscopy, was a project of mine during fellowship. The book is designed for anyone who performs fluoroscopy on pediatric patients and contains protocols, step by step instructions, high quality images, and sample dictations for common pediatric fluoroscopic examinations.

Pediatric Fluoroscopy is an electronic manuscript that is an amalgam of the ACR/SPR Practice Guidelines and of the practices during my pediatric radiology fellowship. This guide is meant to serve as a foundation for anyone who performs fluoroscopy on the pediatric patient population, which includes radiology trainees to seasoned radiologists.

For those unfamiliar with iBooks, they are books made specifically for Apple Mac and iOS devices. They are multitouch interactive books that are only available for download with the iBooks app on your Mac or iOS device.
